Delivery Information and Costs 
The carriers we use for dispatch are Royal Mail Tracked for standard deliveries and FedEx for Next Day Delivery. All goods are dispacthed within 48h. A signature will be required for next day delivery goods so please make sure someone is home to sign for the goods or send them to an address where someone will be available. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will contact you by email or phone to let you know. All delivery days are based on standard working days from Monday Friday. Special delivery orders must be made before 1.00pm to be delivered before 5.30pm the following working day. Items purchased after 1.00pm on a Thursday with Next Day Delivery will be delivered to you on the Monday. Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email, with tracking details, to let you know it is on the way.

Items on a 24 hour delivery will require a signature on receipt. 
There are some postcodes that we are unable to offer 24hr delivery these include: 
AB - Aberdeen, BT - Belfast, HS - Isle Of Lewis, IM - Isle Of Man, IV - Inverness, 
KY - Kirkcaldy, KW - Orkney Isles, PH - Inverness, PA - Renfrewshire, 
TR21-25 - Isles of Scilly, ZE - Shetland.

Courier services to these areas will generally take an additional 1-2 working day(s).

Brands501 classes the United Kingdom as England, Northern Ireland, Scotland (including the Highlands and Islands) and Wales.

Please allow 5 working days before querying your order with Brands501. Upon completion of each order you will be sent a Tracking Code for Royal Mail which you can then use to track the status of your order.

*Exceptions UK Bank Holidays (if applicable): please allow an extra working day for all deliveries.

We will be unable to change a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been despatched.

For UK deliveries: With each order you will receive an email from us indicating your Order Reference Number. Royal Mail Track&Trace can be used to track each of your orders. 
All items are sent in this way using recorded delivery* through Royal Mail.
